About Tanner Construction
My name is Stephen Tanner and I am the owner of Tanner Construction. I have over 10 years experience in the building trade. I’m a fully qualified bricklayer up to NVQ level 3 with qualifications in carpentry also.
I have a real passion for what I do and being a perfectionist only the best will do. Some builders have bad reputations but I’m dedicated to being different from this.
I love to keep jobs tidy, work to a very high standard, remain professional and have great communication with clients.
When I’m not working, I play 11-a-side football on Sundays or compete at dog agility shows. I’ve been competing for about 15 years and have trained many dogs over this time. I’m a Kennel Club Approved Agility Judge and Agility Club Approved Instructor with a first and, up until recently, I had my own club.
I have had the privilege of competing at Olympia and Crufts on many occasions.
As a young boy I always had a interest with playing with diggers and toy bricks building roads and houses. I loved being outside in my grandparents garden, playing around in the soil and my sandpit with my toy diggers and trucks. That interest has always stayed with me and always knew I wanted to be in the building trade from that early age.
